One of my favorite characters in the game Scarlet Weather Rhapsody
I epic failed on making her hair curly
but I like how this one turned out^___^
Yeah those butterflies ain't preset brushes, I manually drew them and just duplicated and yada yada~~
Tools used: Paint Tool SAI (lineart and color)
Photoshop CS2(final touches) and Genius Pen Tablet
ooooooh~~ Butterflies~~
